At OC Farms we take pride in the quality of every product we deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- The seal must be unbroken
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect product
- A photograph of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days.
If approved your refund will be processed via:

- Bank transfer — within 3-5 business days

Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect product — OC Farms will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason — the customer will bear the return shipping cost
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery.
